Purchasing Multiple Items?
If you purchase multiple items please do not pay until all of your items are showing up in the checkout system. If you buy more than one item and pay for it and then buy additional items the discounts WILL NOT be applied, and you will have to pay full shipping again for the additional items. Multiple item discounts only apply to items paid for in one single payment at the same time.
If all of your items do not show up in the checkout system after 1 hour of the auction ending please contact us info@gamerzbunker.com.au to address the issue before you pay
All buyers must use our secure checkout regardless of which payment method is chosen. Our checkout will automatically calculate the total amount of your purchases and combine them into one single screen for easy payment submission.

Postage
Most items are packaged and shipped with 48-72 hours and shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable.
Shipping insurance is OPTIONAL on all orders and is offered at checkout.
All delivery times are "estimates" given to us by the Australia Post Service. Transit times can vary. This is especially true with international shipments.
Customs can, and do cause delays on cross-border shipments.
All of our games are PAL format unless otherwise stated in the auction. They are intended to work with Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom system, and that you are able to play PAL games on your gaming console.
In Most cases, a dinged package does not mean that your products have been damaged. If after opening and inspecting your package you find a damaged or broken item, or if your item just does not function properly contact us to arrange a return.
We will accept returns for all defective items, and every attempt will be made to replace the item with an identical item in working condition.
If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of receiving a similar item of equal value or a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a replacement item is available.
To process your return please obtain prior return authorization from us via email before mailing your item back. Please include your full name, eBay id, original item number, and your return shipping address along with the item to be returned.

If for any reason you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, we will need the item returned to us. After the customer returns the item, we will ship the correct item immediately and reimburse the shipping costs.
We cannot ship the correct item until the other is returned. If you receive a game in error and open it, we will not accept it as a return!
